William Brown, Chairman
Bill Brown, the industry’s elder statesman and friend to many, has been supplying the lighting marketplace with components for more than 50 years. To this day, the A.L.P. Lighting Components, Inc., team relies heavily on the extensive sales and manufacturing expertise of its chairman and founder in order to deliver on its commitment to superior product quality and customer service. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the IESNA and a committee member of the Commission Internationale De L’Eclairage. |

Steve Brown, CEO
Though trained as an accountant, Steve Brown spent the majority of his early career with A.L.P. focusing on sales and marketing in different regions of the U.S. before returning to Chicago where he was ultimately appointed CEO. He has served as a board member of the IESNA in Chicago and Los Angeles. Steve plays a critical role in the company’s new product development, and channels his considerable energy and enthusiasm to customer service and company growth. |

David Brown, President and COO
David Brown began his career with A.L.P. Lighting Components in 1978, holding a variety of international positions before assuming the operational helm. He has served as President of the Energy Efficient Lighting Association. Educated as a lawyer, David brings perspective and attention to detail to the organization, thus improving processes and operations, and in turn service to A.L.P.’s customers. |

Jim Amend, Vice President, Supply Chain Management
Before joining A.L.P., Jim spent 13 years climbing the manufacturing ranks with Cooper Lighting and working in many aspects of its operation, eventually managing a $30M business unit. Among his educational credits, Jim is a Certified Production Inventory Manager (CPIM) through the American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS). He is currently responsible for all aspects of supply chain management, including global sourcing, purchasing, customer service and inside sales activities, and oversight of warehousing and logistics functions. |

Tom Barnes, Vice President and Business Unit Manager LexaLite® Optical Products
Tom Barnes is a Certified Lighting Professional and has four patents to his credit, all related to plastics in lighting. He spent his entire career with LexaLite, prior to its acquisition by A.L.P., holding sales, sales management, operations and strategic development positions. In his current role he is responsible for defining and promoting the plastic optical product line and ensuring its profitability through the management of product development, product management, pricing, and related functions. This business unit includes LexaLite® product lines and high-performance optical sheet. |

Jeff Benton, Vice President of Operations
Jeff’s expertise in operations improvement, program implementation, and standards compliance has been honed over more than 15 years in the lighting industry. He began his career as a planning trainee with Cooper Lighting and subsequently moved throughout the U.S. in a variety of management positions. Jeff joined A.L.P. in 2005 and is currently responsible for the operational performance of all North American sites. He also oversees quality, safety, compliance, and local distribution functions. |

Dallas Buchanan, Vice President, Industrial and Distribution Sales
Drawing on his background in sales management and intimate knowledge of the lighting industry, Dallas is charged with developing our Distribution and Specification sales strategy and directing the efforts of a dedicated sales team. In addition, he manages key national accounts and major energy saving and retrofit projects. He also heads up our non-lighting, or Industrial, sales initiatives. |

Steve Dix, Vice President and Business Unit Manager Plastics Enclosures,
Louvers and Formed Plastics
Steve has more than 25 years of manufacturing-related experience, first joining A.L.P. in 1995 to manage all logistics, warehousing, and fabrication operations. Since then, he has held a variety of progressively responsible operations management positions and was most recently promoted to Vice President and Business Manager for Enclosures, Louvers, and Thermoformed products. In his current role Steve is responsible for the development, promotion, and profitability of new and existing plastics products. |

William Foley, Executive Vice President
Bill Foley relies on expertise developed from more than 25 years as head of the company’s Engineering department, to consult directly with customers to provide the best integration between OEM needs and A.L.P. resources. He plays a significant role in improving engineering and product development processes. |

Rich Gardner, Vice President Marketing
Rich began his career in chemical engineering before pursuing an MBA nearly 25 years ago and entering the world of marketing. Prior to joining A.L.P., he held key marketing positions with some of the country’s leading corporations including Exxon, Avery Dennison, and Newell Rubbermaid. He is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s overall strategic marketing plans, including product development, marketing communications, data analysis and sales training. |

Jim Grady, CFO
Jim Grady brings more than 15 years of finance and operations experience to the organization, with expertise in all aspects of financial systems, planning, reporting and analysis. He most recently served as Vice President, Finance for Indalex Aluminum Solutions. Having spent his entire career in the manufacturing sector, including tenure with aluminum and plastics extruders, Jim is adept at the analysis and decision-making required to maximize the profitability of a complex, multi-plant operation. He is responsible for the company’s finance, accounting, information technology, and human resources departments. |

Adam Mayse, Vice President, A.L.P. Latin America
Adam is skilled in manufacturing analysis and implementation. After serving in a number of critical roles with A.L.P., including starting up the organization’s Monterrey Mexico, facility, he uses all of his engineering and management expertise in his current position. Adam heads operations in Latin America, managing the Tijuana manufacturing facility, its Triboro product line and contract manufacturing programs, as well as initiatives aimed at Latin American customers. |

Dave Michaelis , Vice President Manufacturing
A 20-year veteran of A.L.P. Lighting Components, Dave Michaelis brings extensive technical and mechanical expertise, and over three decades of experience in the plastics molding industry, to his position as head of manufacturing. Accomplished in all aspects of the manufacturing process, Dave coordinates all engineering disciplines and technical support to serve the needs of our customers. |

Donny Wall , Vice President Sales
Donny manages the revenue and field performance of the Bill Brown Sales team. He has worked in lighting his entire career, including in key positions at Cooper Lighting. In the past, he has managed key account relationships for BBS in the Southeast, and his market expertise and leadership skills are an asset to the sales team and OEM customers. |
