A.L.P. Acquires Leading Plastic Component Manufacturer Spectrus, Inc.

Completing a crucial step to enhance its ability to serve the lighting industry, A.L.P. Lighting Components, Inc., has purchased Spectrus, Inc. The acquisition includes the brands of LexaLite precision injection molded refractors and reflectors, PSI plastic sheet and thermoformed products, and Genesta profile extrusions.
